- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: For delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via Standard Shipping, please allow an additional 1-2 days from the time frames listed in the shipping option drop-down at checkout.
- US Virgin Islands: US Virgin order are shipped via Standard Shipping, please allow an additional 1-2 days from the time frames listed in the shipping option drop-down at checkout. Economy shipping may take up to 21 business days (We don't Guarantee Premium, Express Or Standard Shipping on APO/FPO Addresses)
- APO / FPO: All orders will be shipped via our Economy shipping method only . All orders will ship via the USPS and the delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days to the military post office. Delivery times to the buyer will vary based on the military and where the final destination is located.

2. Shipping Time
- Shipping Time of your order is the total time taken by your order to reach you.
- Please note that time toship the items may vary, check the product pages for the availability of the items.
- For products which are guaranteed in stock, if order is placed before 1.00PM EST will be shipped the same day.
- For items which are not guaranteed in stock, our Customer Support representative will get back to you as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock you can either ask for a Refund or wait for the item to be back in stock. For some products it might take additional 1-2 days to ship the items.

3. Same Day Shipping*
In most cases we are able to ship the same day (Monday - Friday), provided the order is placed before 1.00PM EST if item is in-stock. We cannot guarantee this but make every effort to do so.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:- International Orders
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
- Orders for Mascots, large props, or Special Order items

International Shipping Information
Spicylegs.com ships to over 200 Countries via International Ground Shipping. Shop as normal and choose the International Shipping option at checkout.
Once we have received your order, we ship your order to our International Forwarder Shipper for further shipping according to the shipping method selected by you. Once your order is shipped by our International Forwarder, we will mail you the tracking number. Overall, your order should reach you in time as per the shipping method selected by you.
Once the package has left the US & has been handed over to your Local Postal Service from this point onwards you do not get accurate tracking information through USPS (or the shipper we selected). USPS will be informed by your Local Postal Service about the status of the package & USPS will post the update on their website
It will be advisable to wait a couple of days (for customs clearance) & then check on both USPS.com & on your local post office website for the status of your package with the Tracking Number sent to you.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. SpicyLegs.com is not responsible for these additional charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you chose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, SpicyLegs.com will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If SpicyLegs.com chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of all of the merchandise ordered (Most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound).
The shipping and handling charges includes the following charges:
- The charges which we pay to shipper to deliver your items
- The handling charges to get your item ready for shipping
- The weight of the package (charges increase as weight does)
